We will explore the internal structure of animals.
I will disect a chicken wing.

Internal Structures Structures found on the inside of living things, such as the heart, lungs or brain

Bones These are like a frame that provides support and gives us our shape.

Muscles These attach to your bones, contract and relax, which allows you to move.

Tendons These are strong, rope-like fibers that connect muscles to bones.

4. Disect a chicken wing.
Watch this walk-through.
NOTE: Your chicken wing will not move in quite the same way as the one in the video because it has been cooked. Cooking the chicken creates a chemical reaction that changes the texture of the chicken and makes it less flexible. It is however, much safer.
