Practice sorting recycling with these three games:
“Litter Critters”
- You will sort objects as they move across the screen on a conveyer belt. You must be quick!
- Practice sorting waste products into recyclables, compost, landfill and electronic waste.
- VOCABULARY ALERT: Compost is a mixture of things that used to be alive like vegetables, leaves and eggshells. As it breaks down or rots, it gets added to soil as food for plants to help them grow.

“Recycling for Kids”
- Sort objects into a recycle bin, a compost bin or a trash bin.
- Use what you learned in “Litter Critters” above.

“Recycle Roundup”
- In this game, you will move a character around a park, picking up trash you encounter by clicking your mouse.
- You then click your mouse on compost, recycle or trash bins to add your item.

Speaking of recycling…
I used to work in a recycling plant crushing cans. I had to quit though…
It was soda pressing.
