2. Review vocabulary and complete quiz.
Force A push or pull that makes objects move
Gravity An invisible force that pulls everything down to Earth’s surface
Weight How heavy something is on Earth
Fall To go in a direction towards the ground
3. Test gravity using gravity beads.
Note: Mardi Gras beads are identical to the gravity beads in the video.
4. Work alone or in teams to defy gravity.
5. See what it’s like to REALLY defy gravity!
- Astronauts sometimes have to spend time at the International Space Station (ISS), without gravity.
- See what it’s like to go about daily life without gravity.
Speaking of gravity…
I’d say I’m a pretty down to earth person.
But that’s mostly because of gravity.
